Decree on the New Election of the Reichstag
Verordnung über die Neuwahl des Reichstags
Issued on the same day as the dissolution of the Reichstag, this one-sentence decree set the general election for Sunday 5 March 1933, within the sixty days the constitution allowed. It was published first in the Reichsanzeiger on 3 February and reprinted in the Reichsgesetzblatt on 7 February. The election of 5 March was the last Reichstag election in which more than one party stood.
